Information
Biscuit-tan is a food related gijinka whose design originated from an ASCII art originating on 2Channel's PINK board in 2001 and had a visual appearance outside that was popularized from a flash animation anonymous artists made in 2002. She is an unofficial parody mascot of the KFC franchise; she is an anthropomorphized Biscuit with honey which are served in Japanese KFCs and her hair is inspired by Colonel Sanders. Her hair color varies from white, silver or light blue depending on artist and how old the art is. Netrun-mon caused a large amount of controversy by stealing her design and name to put on an illegal magazine encouraging the Japanese public to illegally download porn, hack, spread malware and pirate media using a P2P client called Winny.
